The fee or the manner of determining it is different depending on the complexity of the case.
Corporate fee could be negotiated under the following forms:

• Hourly fees
• Fixed fees (standard)
• Subscription fee
• Success fees

 

The hourly fee is established for a working hour, respectively a fixed amount established by contract which is invoiced for the provided legal services.
 
Fixed fee (flat rate) consists of a lump sum for legal services or categories of such professional services that I provide.

 

Subscription fee represents the remuneration of the activities based on a monthly fee contract for legal advice. In this sense, the customer will pay according to the situation a fixed monthly fee for a package or for a predetermined number of hours per month subscription included in the default. This subscription is preferable to pursue the advantages of client legal advice in the current activity.

 

Success fee consist of a fixed amount or percentage established by agreement with the client that will be paid at the achievement of the proposed outcome. This fee is complementary, completing the fixed fee.

 

Other expenses. For the proper development of the professional activities, the firm may require to the client to cover the expenses made in his name, representing taxes, experts fees and travel expenses.
