Do ut des

In a world, “insane” and constantly changing, in a world of speed and things made on the 'knee' in a world where “everything is possible" and rule of the "boomerang" is reigning, the principle “do ut des” must work.
It appeared in the Romanian culture since the nineteenth century, in the same time as "Fiducia" as, "Do ut des", this translates into acceptance of mutual concessions.

As was saying the French sociologist and ethnologist Marcel Mauss , “There is the obligation to give, the obligation to receive and the obligation to absolve yourself of obligations. " Many will say that the rule of reciprocity cancels the sympathy or antipathy. Right, but in negotiating the principle of reciprocity works well due to the acceptance of mutual concessions, so the one who receives a concession is feeling compelled to make one too. Therefore, reciprocity makes us accept concessions that otherwise we wouldn't have accepted.

I can find for my clients the best legal solutions and I have the power to complete them in a positive way. Applying the principle of reciprocity which is related to a prudential knowledge it can lead to a valuable judgment, so I will be able to defend as better possible the legitimate interests of the people I represent.
