My experience is based on a long practice, better than ten years in lawyer activity, business which included, considering the pioneering of privatization in Romania and negotiation regarding the conclusion of the privatization contracts. I also gave legal advice and court representation to the companies about their commercials activities.
I offered legal advice to corporations but also with limited liability in areas such as mergers, acquisitions, commercial contract negotiations, commercial litigation, civil, administrative, fiscal, labor disputes, intellectual property and unfair competition. Besides legal consulting services, I have efficiently represented my clients, both in front of the court and before arbitration courts.
The experience I gained in a period of over ten years, thanks to the many problems that arose in the life of a company but also the context of a framework continuously changing led me to a better improvement.
So, from my debut as a lawyer until now, I constantly extended my professional experience in the areas of company law, commercial law, international trade law, financial and tax law, administrative law, competition law, property law, all this intellectual activity constituting a permanent challenge and a significant enrichment of my legal experience.
Moreover, besides representation I also offer legal consultancy services, without which, the life of a company would be drained of its content, considering the fact that the activity in the corporative field has become more complex, thanks to the globalization process. Consultancy contracts on long term I think are the best solution to avoid conflict situations or disputes often due to ignorance of the depth and peculiarities specific to any company, so-called "kitchen" of each company.
On the other hand, the stability of representing a commercial society which is facing many problems, is nothing but the perfect solution for a favorable result.
